This isn’t an opinion, it is a fact. Check out the various planning decisions on development made recently and you will see the writing on the wall.

Born in Brighton in 1942 …Been on the West Pier also the PALACE Pier the cost was 3d for an adult 1d for children, if you don’t know what that is, its Old Money ..Shopped in Hanningtons, learn’t to skate in the ice rink at the bottom of West street before they pulled it down and built an eyesore that is there now which was originally caled the the top rank suite when first built and a lot more information I could tell you about the town … PS travelled up to London on the Brighton Belle daily to work ..

Also the café itself is really cute, with a little garden complete with hammocks for the warmer weather.
