8 Fun And Exciting Things To Do In Brighton This October (2023)

Whilst there is a twinge of sadness that summer is drawing to a close, unlike many of its coastal neighbours, Brighton and Hove’s cultural delights never wind down. October is an autumnal feast for fun and exciting things to do in this great town. Here is our rundown of 8 of the best things to do in Brighton and Hove this October.

Scoops Improv Comedy Night – October 3rd

The Actors (formerly The Marlborough Pub & Theatre) is arguably one of Brighton’s best eclectic independent comedy venues. Visiting this historic pub and theatre, you’ll be welcomed by their charming and friendly staff, while the venue upstairs is a cosy delight.

One of the venue’s most popular and engaging events is its monthly improv stand-up comedy night, Scoops. The comedy on offer is wildly inventive and hilarious to boot. This is not one to be missed. Tickets are available for just £4 and can be purchased through the venue’s website or on the door.
