About Chef Michael Bremner
Michael Bremner’s love for cooking began at a young age when he lived in Aberdeenshire. After gaining experience in kitchens around the world, he moved to Brighton and opened 64 Degrees in 2013.
His culinary talents were showcased on BBC Two’s Great British Menu in 2016 and 2017. His innovative dishes impressed the judges, and he ended up winning the competition in 2017 with his braised ox tongue dish.
