Arcobaleno, nestled in Kemptown in Brighton, is not your average bar and eatery. Started by Luciana and son Nick this establishment truly embraces providing an inclusive experience and celebrates diversity every step of the way whether that be through hiring diverse staff or hosting LGBTQ+ events.
In March 2020, the pair founded Across Rainbows, a community outreach group aimed at supporting LGBTQ+ people to unearth and embrace their true selves. Their goal was to open a place synonymous with openness, non-conformity, and celebration of self and this resulted in the opening of Arcobaleno.
all about Building Connections
