Since February 2015, The Salt Room, Brighton has been delighting diners by celebrating the fruits of the sea and delivering the finest seafood and grilled meat cooked over charcoal, straight to your table. The restaurant is also headed by the team behind Brighton’s award-winning The Coal Shed Restaurant.

You couldn’t wish for a better restaurant location, the restaurant is located right on the seafront close to the West Pier. Dine al fresco on the beautiful heated terrace and you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views or if it’s a bit chilly enjoy the view from inside via the huge, glass fronted windows. The large, open, airy interior of this seafront paradise combines elegance and class with dark woods, exposed brickwork and modern industrial style furniture.

If you’re looking for value for money then you why not enjoy something from their great value express lunch menu and pre-theatre dinner menu or if you fancy a tipple then head to the beautiful stainless steel bar and let their mixing masters whip you up one (or more!) of of their innovative cocktails. Take your pick from such rarities as the Gin Bouquet with Beefeater Gin, Citrus, Rose Essence, Honey and Orange Blossom. If wine is more your thing then you’ll be spoilt for choice with the extensive wine list.

If your celebrating a special occasion or arranging a business meeting the The Salt Room a private dining room, for up to 14 people, which suits all occasions.
