Yoyo Yard is a new sauna based in Brighton’s North Laine. The sauna has a minimal carbon footprint and is eco-friendly, using renewable energy sources. The sauna garden offers a mix of cold and heated pools, aufguss rituals, infused ice balls, and salt scrubs.

Luna Hut has several locations in Brighton, Eastbourne and Worthing. Its Brighton location is on the beach at Madeira Drive. You can take in the fresh sea breeze alongside the warmth of the sauna huts.

Luna Hut’s Brighton location is based next to Luna Wave Yoga and the Sea Lanes swimming pool. Sauna sessions are priced at £8 for 30 minutes and there are a wide range of facilities. Expect alfresco showers, 2 plunge pools, changing cubicles and a Sauna Café, serving rich coffee and cakes. Luna Hut is open Monday to Saturday, from 7am to 9pm and on Sunday, from 8am to 9pm.

Saunadelic is a Nordic inspired sauna based next to the Watersport’s centre at Hove Lagoon. Saunadelic uses wood fire to give you an authentic sauna experience that’ll keep you coming back. Their cold freshwater tank is the perfect contrast for a revitalising cold plunge to keep you energised.

Saunadelic’s facilities include changing rooms, outdoor and indoor showers and a seating area. Shared sauna sessions are 55 minutes and for up to 8 people. It is priced at £16 on weekdays and £17 on weekends.

The Nomadic sauna

The Nomadic Sauna is located in Southwick, Seaford and Iford. Its Seaford location, between Eastbourne and Newhaven, is open Wednesday to Sunday. Private sessions are 30 or 60 minutes and there are also community sessions available. Community sessions are priced at £7.50 for 30 minutes and £15 for an hour. Private sessions are priced at £45 for 30 minutes and £80 for an hour.
