One of Brighton’s most loved festive events is back for 2025, as Paper Daisy Events brings the Brighton Festive Makers Fair to Wagner Hall for an entire weekend of Christmas shopping, creativity and community. Taking place on Saturday December 13 and Sunday December 14, the fair transforms the central Brighton venue, including its magical Fig Tree Garden, into a coourful hub of independent makers, artists and small-batch producers. Across the weekend, visitors can browse work from more than 70 talented exhibitors, with stalls filling the main hall, stage area and garden. Expect a beautifully curated mix of ceramics, jewellery, textiles, homeware, original art, festive decorations, skincare and thoughtful gifts you won’t find on the high street. It’s a perfect chance to meet the makers behind the products, discover new local talent and support Brighton’s thriving creative community.
The festive extras are just as enticing: a cosy pop-up café serving home-baked treats and hot drinks, a mulled wine bar and street food to enjoy while you wander, and Christmas wreath-making workshops led by local florists (advance booking recommended via the Paper Daisy Events website).
Wagner Hall’s central location — tucked between Churchill Square and The Lanes — makes it easy to reach by foot, bus, train or car, with step-free access available via Russell Place into the Fig Tree Garden. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome.
