Embers Brighton, located in the heart of The Lanes, offers a sharing plate experience with food cooked over an open wood fire. This restaurant is different to other eateries and is the perfect spot for a date or night out with friends.

There are three menus to choose from: Sample Plates, Sample Dessert and the Sample Roast.
What’s included:
- Snacks: Including Nocellara Olives, Smokehouse Nuts, House Sourdough and Dripping Butter.
- Centrepiece Dishes: Including Sussex Sirloin, Barbeque Whole Pheasant and Ember Fired Plaice.

As well as delicious food, Embers offers a selection of signature craft cocktails that are simple yet elegant. Choose from the El Fuego, a mix of rum, passionfruit, and pineapple; the Embers Old Fashioned, made with Embers rum and bitters; or the Cadillac Jo’ Margarita, featuring mezcal, chilli, and lime.
Embers is open from Wednesday to Friday at 5pm to 11pm. On weekends, Embers is open from 12pm, closing at 11pm on Saturday and 9pm on Sunday. The restaurant has a stunning interior, reflecting the combination of fine dining at a reasonable price. It is incredibly inviting and classy.
