Brighton-based award-winning performer and writer Katie Reddin-Clancy brings her bold new solo show End Game to the Brighton Fringe this May — hot off a critically acclaimed run across Australia’s top festivals.
Following sold-out shows at both the Adelaide Fringe and Melbourne International Comedy Festival, End Game makes its much-anticipated European premiere right here in Brighton, with only four performances scheduled at Ironworks Studios.

Directed by Abigail Graham (The Globe, The Lyric, The Bush) and performed by Reddin-Clancy herself, End Game is a darkly comedic, soul-searching dramedy that blends vivid storytelling with bold cabaret flair.
What’s End Game About?
End Game introduces us to Joanie, a quirky cabaret performer who wakes up in The Afterlife, only to be guided through a soul review by her celestial companion, Pam. As Joanie confronts the highs and lows of her Earth School lessons, she realises that it’s not all about her — it’s about Eva. But who exactly is Eva?
With hints of The Secret, Eat Pray Love, and a dash of spiritual sass, this show invites audiences to consider the big existential questions — but with sequins and sass.

Why You Shouldn’t Miss It
If you’ve ever asked yourself “What am I doing here?” or pondered the mysteries of parallel worlds, spiritual awakenings, or the ripple effects of your actions — this show might just crack your heart and open your mind (while making you laugh along the way).
This 60-minute solo piece is a unique blend of theatre, comedy, and cabaret — crafted with heart, wit, and the kind of wisdom that lingers long after the curtain falls.
Katie Reddin-Clancy, a Brighton local, is no stranger to Fringe success. Her previous show Grace was nominated for Best New Play at Brighton Fringe 2018. Known for creating multi-disciplinary work that uplifts, inspires, and amplifies the outsider’s voice — End Game is her most daring journey yet.
