Preston Park is set to sizzle this May Bank Holiday weekend as the UK’s biggest touring food and music festival, Foodies Festival, returns from 3rd to 5th May 2025 with a star-studded line-up and a host of exciting new attractions.
Dubbed Gastro-Glastonbury, the three-day celebration of food, drink and music will showcase live cooking demos from TV favourites, Michelin-starred chefs, and regional culinary talent, alongside electrifying performances from top music acts including Pixie Lott, Scouting For Girls, and The Wanted 2.0 with Max George and Siva Kaneswaren.
Festivalgoers will be treated to mouth-watering sessions in the Chefs Theatre, featuring big names like Great British Bake Off winner Matty Edgell, MasterChef champions Chariya Khattiyot, Tom Rhodes and Dhruv Baker, and MasterChef: The Professionals winner Steven Edwards. Also appearing is Michelin-starred chef and TV regular Atul Kochhar, alongside Channel 4’s bread guru Jack Sturgess.

Regional talent takes centre stage too, with top chefs from some of the South East’s best-loved restaurants. Expect culinary wizardry from Med’s Will Dennard and Jack Southern, Burnt Orange’s Peter Dantanus, The Jolly Tanners’ Mark Charker, and many more.
On the music stage, the energy will be sky-high with hit-makers Scouting For Girls delivering a nostalgia-packed set of indie-pop anthems. Pixie Lott, with her trio of number-one singles and glittering career highlights including The Voice Kids and The X Factor, will bring feel-good pop to the park. The Wanted 2.0 offers fans a chance to relive boyband glory days, with Max and Siva performing crowd favourites from the band’s chart-topping back catalogue.
Pixie Lott said: “Summer festival season, food heaven, music and sunshine – what’s not to love! I’m so excited to experience the festival and visit Brighton with my band. Brighton is one of my favourite cities and I love family days out at festivals – this one ticks all the boxes!”
Beyond the headline acts, the festival offers fun for all ages. Kids can get hands-on in the Cookery School, while adults explore the Drinks Theatre with masterclasses in wine, Champagne, cider, and cocktails, led by experts like Tom Surgey and Joe Wadsack.

This year introduces exciting new features: the Great Taste Market spotlights award-winning products; the Tasting Theatre dives into themed flavour journeys; and the International Cook School lets visitors learn new techniques and leave with their very own dish.
With global street food in the Feasting Tent, local gems in the Artisan Market, and thrills at the Fire Stage and chilli-eating competitions, there’s truly something for everyone. Add in a Silent Disco, fairground rides, and family-friendly activities, and you’ve got a recipe for a perfect day out.
