New Visitor Information Hub To Open At Brighton i360

A new Visitor Information Hub is opening at the Brighton i360 on Saturday, September 27. Designed as a one-stop shop for all things Brighton & Hove, the hub will offer a warm welcome and practical advice to the thousands of visitors who flock to our city each year.

Whether you’re looking for the best places to eat, where to stay, what’s on at theatres and clubs, or how to get around, the hub will make exploring Brighton easier than ever. The service also promises to give a boost to local businesses that rely on tourism by connecting visitors directly with the city’s thriving cultural and hospitality scene.

The initiative is a collaboration between the Brighton & Hove Tourism Alliance, Culture Calling, Brighton i360, and is supported by VisitBrighton.

Where to find it:
The hub will be located inside the Brighton i360’s gift shop at beach level, and will be open daily from 10.30am to 5pm.

Opening celebrations:
The official launch will be led by the Mayor of Brighton & Hove, Councillor Amanda Grimshaw, at midday on September 27. To mark the occasion, there will be a family fun day from 11am to 4pm, complete with entertainment, games and giveaways.

Councillor Birgit Miller said: “Whether you’re here for a week, a day, or you live here, we want everyone to feel informed, inspired, and warmly welcomed.”

Anne Ackord, Chair of the Brighton & Hove Tourism Alliance, added: “It’s not just a place to pick up a map – it’s a vibrant welcome that reflects the energy and creativity of our city.”

With the Brighton i360’s iconic seafront setting as its backdrop, the Visitor Information Hub promises to be a fresh focal point for locals and tourists alike, helping everyone make the most of their time in the city.
