Preston Manor To Reopen After Five Years

Brighton’s historic and famously haunted Preston Manor is set to reopen on April 5, 2025, for the first time in five years, offering a brand-new visitor experience.

The manor will provide a glimpse into the lives of both the aristocratic Thomas-Stanford family and their household staff in an interactive, Downton Abbey-style experience set in 1912.

Preston Manor will be open every weekend from Friday to Sunday, 10 am to 4 pm, until October 31, 2025. A special Edwardian Easter celebration will take place on April 12, 2025, including live music and fun activities.

The reopening also marks 100 years since Charles Thomas-Stanford sold the house to Brighton Corporation on April 6, 1925.
