The Salt Room is a top seafood restaurant in Brighton that celebrates cooking over coal. The Salt Room has recently launched a brand new lunch set menu option at £25 for two courses and £29 for three courses. Starters include fish soup, mackerel and Stracciatella.
Mains include South Coast Hake fillet, mussels and wood flamed artichokes. The Salt Room set menu also offers ice cream, yoghurt or a lemon cheesecake for dessert.
The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday, from 12pm to 10pm. On Sundays, The Salt Room is open from 12pm to 9pm and is also card-only.

Dilsk Brighton is currently offering a four course set menu priced at £35. The menu is available Thursday to Saturday for lunch and Monday to Thursday for dinner.
