These Hills Beer Festival Returns to Glynde This August

The “world’s cuddliest international beer festival” – These Hills – is back, and it promises to be cuter and more leftfield than ever. Taking place on August 9 and 10 2025 at the beautiful Glynde Place Estate, just outside Lewes, These Hills Beer Festival returns for a weekend of joyful revelry, exceptional craft drinks, and community spirit.

Hosted by Beak Brewery, this year’s These Hills will showcase an outstanding selection of breweries, wineries and cider makers from around the globe. Visitors can expect over 35 producers pouring a dizzying variety of beers, natural wines, ciders and more, accompanied by incredible street food, eclectic DJs, folk rituals and live music.

The festival opens at 11am on both days and runs until late on Saturday, with Sunday winding down at 6pm Whether you’re coming for the day or planning to soak in the whole weekend, ticket options include day passes and full weekend access, with prices ranging from £25 to £66. Each ticket includes a limited-edition festival glass and your first pour on entry.

These Hills is a family-friendly affair during the daytime sessions, with under-18s admitted free on both Saturday and Sunday until the evening, when the event becomes 18+ only. Please note that dogs are not permitted, apart from assistance dogs.
