Brighton Cocktail Festival

Brighton Cocktail Festival will take place from September 19 to 28 and will occur across Brighton’s best bars.

Celebrate Brighton’s cocktail scene in this 10 day festival, with tickets available on the Brighton Cocktail Festival website. Your ticket will provide access to a selection of bars in Brighton. The Boundary Brighton Festival will take place over two days from September 26 to 27. The festival is an electronic dance music festival held at Stanmer Park and will include popular artists such as Giggs, Andy C, Shy FX, Hot Since 82 and more.

Downton Abbey Jazz Nights at the ivy

On September 18, The Ivy Brighton is hosting an evening of live jazz inspired by Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale.

This September, South East Dance is offering a new series of dance and movement classes. For those that haven’t attended a dance class before, be sure to book their free taster day class on September 7, from 10am to 3pm.

South East Dance is also offering a free propel taster workshop on September 16 at 5.30pm. The Propel contemporary dances are open to children aged 11 to 14, providing a friendly, welcoming environment to learn.

Kymara is a Brighton-based band who have planned a four-week summer residency at Casablanca this September. Each night will feature a selection of their songs, different support acts, special guests, and exciting DJ sets.

Kymara will perform on the upstairs floor of Casablanca on September 5 and 12. Doors will open at 8pm and tickets are available to book online. For those looking for a fun night out with friends, come down to Casablanca and dance the night away over great music.

women’s rugby world cup fan zone

The women’s rugby world cup is coming up and for those that haven’t been able to secure tickets, you can watch the games live for free on a big screen at Victoria Gardens.

The fan zone will be open from September 4 to 7 and will include free entertainment, sports and games, as well as food and drink. Matches being held at the Brighton and Hove Albion Stadium are New Zealand vs Ireland on September 7, with kick-off at 2.45pm and England vs Australia on September 6, with kick-off at 5pm.

Be sure to check out the fan zone for a fun day out with the kids. Children can experience friendship bracelet and badge making, face paint and glitter activities free of charge.

Brighton Chocolate Festival is hosting a free event on September 27 and 28, from 11am to 5pm. Chocolate-lovers won’t want to miss this day of indulgence. Experience rich cacao from expert chocolate makers, who will showcase their handcrafted creations.
