Brighton Mod Weekender 2025

The Brighton Mod Weekender will take place over the bank holiday weekend, from August 21 to August 24.

This event will make the 20th anniversary of Mod Weekender and you can expect a varied line up across the days. You and your friends can enjoy four days of mod fashion, music, scooters, and exciting gatherings across popular Brighton venues such as Komedia and Patterns.

This year’s Mod Weekender will feature a free exhibition with photos from the last two decades by photographer Dammo Photography. Evening events will be at the Komedia, Purple Hearts and The Molotovs Gig will be at Patterns. Both venues are 18+.

The Molotovs and Len Price 3 will be on Friday, August 22, from 7pm to 10pm. On Saturday, August 23, the Purple Hearts and Maze gig will take place from 7pm to 10pm.

This exciting Brighton music experience will take place on Friday, August 22, 2025. You will enjoy dance anthems, a live orchestral performance on the beach and a welcoming atmosphere. Symphonic Ibiza is produced by DJ and producer Andy Joyce, offering iconic Ibiza dance anthems, live vocals and a quality DJ.

You and the family can bring chairs and picnic blankets in designated areas. Please note, the event is located at Black Rock which has an immense public transport network but no car parking. Local bike parking is available but do prepare your travel arrangements in advance.

The event will take place from 6pm and the event will finish at approximately at 10.30pm. Symphonic Ibiza has taken numerous steps to ensure their event is accessible. There are toilets available on site and a mix of viewing platforms both raised and ground level. There are also sensory calm areas, providing a calm, safe and low level simulation zone for those that need it.

If you are looking for a family friendly activity for you and the kids this bank holiday, the Raver Tots festival is for you. At this festival, both kids and parents can join the dance floor and party together.

Expect huge dance spaces, quality DJs, and raving music, with up to 15,000 people at a time. Raver Tots has an ongoing charitable trust and supports a selection of charities that help children with autism, ADHD and more.

This years Raver Tots festival will take place on Monday, August 25, 2025 at 1pm. It will be located at Black Rock Beach, Madeira Drive and tickets are available to book on the Raver Tot’s website. Adult tickets are currently priced at £35, kids tickets are priced at £30 and baby tickets, for under 12 months, are priced at £5.

Please note that there is limited ticket availability with final release tickets quickly running out on their website. This year’s line up will consist of DJ Hype x Ragga Twins, DJ Klip x Iffy, Freddie Waters, Mighty Moe, Rozzala, Artful Dodger and more.

As well as music, you can also expect various entertainment such as free funfair and kids rides, arts and crafts, street food collection, licensed bar, face painting and glitter art, and Raver Tot’s production and special effects show.

One Garden is hosting a bank holiday celebration on August 25, 2025, from 9.30am to 5pm. Enjoy a laid back day on the lawns at One Garden Brighton. You can expect Tallow Street Food at One Garden serving flavourful dishes from their truck.

The OGB bar will be open all day, offering a selection of local drinks. If you and your friends are looking to spend this bank holiday amongst good music, the Stanmer Band will bring live music to the garden creating a truly unforgettable sunny outdoor afternoon.
