Tortilla Brighton has just launched a brand-new summer menu featuring brand-new Protein Pots and a reimagined salad selection.
Located just a short stroll from the seafront, Mexican chain restaurant Tortilla Brighton is known for its California-style burritos and tacos. Tortilla Brighton is now tapping into the city’s appetite for nutritious, high-protein meals that fuel your day while keeping things light. Whether you’re grabbing lunch on a beach day, fuelling up after a gym session, or just craving something fresh and fast, these new dishes are designed with summer in mind.

Protein Pots: Big on Protein, Easy on the Go: For £5, the all-new Protein Pots pack a punch. Each pot includes two scoops of your favourite protein — choose from Chicken Asado, smoky Beef Barbacoa, Pulled Pork, or hearty Vegan Chilli — topped with two of Tortilla’s signature extras and finished with a zingy lime wedge. With up to 62g of protein, they’re a brilliant grab-and-go snack for busy Brightonians.
Big Salads: If you’re after a full, satisfying meal that still feels fresh, Tortilla’s salad game has had a serious glow-up. The new base features a colourful mix of Cos, kale and spinach, paired with a seasonal Tajín cucumber salsa, vegan coriander & lime mayo dressing, and a crunchy toasted seeds & grains topper. It’s all the flavour of a burrito, minus the wrap.

Every dish at Tortilla is made fresh to order, usually in under 90 seconds. The menu is over 70% plant-based and Vegan Friendly accredited, with all fillings and toppings prepared from scratch daily, including hand-smashed guacamole.
