Before offering a dine-in experience, Cin Cin founder, David Toscano, attended a food event in 2013 on the famous Queen’s Road. He served small Italian dishes out of his van, which is where the story first began.

Toscano grew up with homemade Italian food like bread and cured meats made by his family and decided that he wanted to share these delicacies with the world. He chose Cin Cin full-time over his career as a lawyer and opened his first restaurant with Head Chef Jamie Halsall.

The first venue was originally set on Vine Street in the North Laines of Brighton. With a constant full house and increasing popularity, Cin Cin soon outgrew its tiny premises, and so the Hove restaurant was born in 2018.

Whether you’re vegan or gluten-free, Cin Cin’s menus have a variety of options on offer. In January, their menu was solely vegetarian and vegan to honour Veganuary. Dishes served included the likes of Beetroot and Jerusalem Artichoke Lasagne and Salt Baked Celeriac.

Cin Cin also offers an array of deals and services such as “10% off click and collect,” “£10 Tuesdays,” and “Dine at Home” meal kits.

Throughout the rest of the year, the Hove restaurant has previously had dishes such as “Ravioli of slow-cooked beef shin” and seafood pasta dishes delighting its menu. The arancini has developed quite a reputation too among Brighton and Hove locals.

If you fancy a drink, there’s a plethora of Italian wines on offer and also a selection of non-alcoholic spritz.

With their variety of seating options, Cin Cin Hove is perfect for group outings with the accompaniment of the “Chef’s Menu,” and they also offer private event hire.

They additionally accommodate diners with “small, well-behaved dogs” and ask that you include this upon booking to offer a table with enough space.
