Giggling Squid is Brighton’s first Thai restaurant and is based in a vintage cottage with a stylish, floral interior design.

The restaurant has three floors and is perfect for tapas, dinner or cocktails with friends.

The menu at Giggling Squid consists of beer and Thai nibbles to start. Their crispy chilli chickpeas topped with chilli powder is unbeatable.

For sharing platters, expect Pork Skewers, Salt and Pepper Squid, Spring Rolls, Giggling Wings in their street food platter at £29.25. There is also a Satay Four Ways platter at £27.75 consisting of Moo Dang Pork, Chicken, Grilled Squid and Butterfly Prawn. Served with Satay and Zesty Thai Herb dipping sauces.

For mains, Giggling Squid has a selection of red and green curries, stir fry and rice dishes. You can choose from chicken, prawn, vegetable or vegan pad Thai. This dish will consist of flavoursome rice noodles with tofu, beansprouts, sliced red onion, Thai chives and crunchy peanuts. Giggling Squid’s egg fried rice is definitely worth a try, with their fluffy jasmine rice wok fried with egg, peas, sweetcorn and carrots.
