Palmito is a charming little restaurant on Western Road, seating up to 20. Originally a takeaway, it has vowed to serve food in a real market fashion. A unique feature of Palmito is its weekly changing menu, reflecting seasonal ingredients – something we find rather fun!

Inside Palmito, a cosy and snug atmosphere welcomes guests, creating a warm and inviting dining experience. Its history as a former takeaway reflects the evolving and vibrant nature of Brighton’s food scene.
