Pearly Cow serves delicious breakfast options, from pastries, fruit bowls, eggs benedict, English breakfasts and more. For vegans, Pearly Cow offers a vegan breakfast including vegan bacon, vegan sausage, avocado, scrambled tofu, flat mushroom, grilled plum tomato, hash brown and house beans.

Dinner is served daily, from 6pm to 8:45pm, and options include tacos and oysters. There are also small plate options, such as beef tartare, salmon and rye bread, wood-fired scallop, chargrilled octopus and a refreshing Greek salad.

For those looking for a fiery chargrilled evening dinner, Pearly Cow offers aged steaks, lamb rump, half wood fired lobster, wagyu and more.

The terrace is Pearly Cow’s open air space, perfect for drinking cocktails with friends and nibbles. The terrace is open during the day, from 12pm to 4pm, for bigger plates and a wider selection of dishes.

Explore Brighton’s cocktail bar, which is open Monday to Sunday, from 12pm to 11pm. Serving cocktails, wines and more, this Pearly Cow bar will be a hit with friends or family.
