Since February 2015, The Salt Room, Brighton has been delighting diners by celebrating the fruits of the sea and delivering the finest seafood and grilled meat cooked over charcoal, straight to your table. The restaurant is also headed by the team behind Brighton’s award-winning The Coal Shed Restaurant.
You couldn’t wish for a better restaurant location, the restaurant is located right on the seafront close to the West Pier. Dine al fresco on the beautiful heated terrace and you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views or if it’s a bit chilly enjoy the view from inside via the huge, glass fronted windows.
