Tiger Bites Pig originally planned to grow sooner but was delayed when Covid-19 hit. Their focus was on keeping the doors open and looking after their team. Tiger Bites Pig has now expanded to a larger Birmingham site and has opened a new branch here in Brighton.

The new Brighton Tiger and Bites Pig restaurant will be open Monday to Saturday, from 12pm to 9pm. The restaurant will serve rice bowls, and small plates perfect for a small lunch with friends or an evening family dinner.

what to expect at tiger bites pig

At Tiger Bites Pig, guests can expect a refreshing drinks menu including local craft beers, a draught Tiger Bites Pig Pilsner, and natural wines. Diners are able to order in-house with no reservations needed. For those looking to enjoy their meals in the comfort of their home, Tiger Bites Pig is available on Deliveroo.

The restaurant’s name has an interesting meaning in Taiwan. Some bao are described as ‘tiger bites pig’ because of the shape of the bun and pork filling resembling a mouth.
