The Red Snapper is an inexpensive delight on Dyke Road which produces great, authentic Thai food in a lovely atmosphere from their little restaurant. A real gem in the heart of Brighton, you’d be a fool to miss a visit to Red Snapper.

Specialising in cooking the red snapper hundreds of different ways (as the name ‘The Red Snapper Thai’ suggests), you will be delighted to see all the classics on their menu including Red Curry, soups, sea bass, and pad thai.

The Red Snapper is cash-only and they have a BYO(Bring Your Own) bottle policy, where you can bring your own wine or beer. Soft drinks are covered at Red Snapper.

The Red Snapper offers homemade drinks, such as Thai Lemon Ice Tea, Thai Oat Ice Tea and Lychee-Tiser.
