Don’t be fooled by the venue – this is a dedicated family-friendly event for little ones to get dressed up and boogie from 2 pm till 4 pm on Easter Sunday, 31st March. With tunes guaranteed to keep your little ones entertained all afternoon long, they will be dancing their socks off as they show off their moves.

Tickets are just £5 per person, and all proceeds will be donated to Sense charity, dedicated to improving the lives of people with complex disabilities. So not only are you sure to have a blast, you will be supporting a wonderful cause, in the true spirit of Easter.

Devil’s Dyke Easter Egg Hunt

If you’d prefer an outdoor activity, then why not explore the Devil’s Dyke Easter egg hunt? Combining the very best of Brighton’s scenery with nature-inspired activities, your very own pair of bunny ears, and a chocolate egg reward, this is not one to be missed.

Running from Friday 29th March to Monday 1st April, you can enjoy this exhilarating trail for just £3, exploring Devils Dyke, Devils Copse and the Victorian Playground. Expect family fun activities at each marker!

The trail is open from 10 am to 4 pm, with the last entry at 3:30 pm. Plus, dairy-free and free-from eggs are available too, making it suitable for little ones with dietary needs.

Fabrica Easter Workshops – Imaginary Worlds

Join Fabrica’s expert artistry team for an Easter adventure bursting with creativity at Fabrica’s Inkscapes Workshop for Children.

Led by professional artist Lynn Weddle, kids aged between 5 and 12 can let their imagination run wild, crafting imaginary worlds through inky activities on April 10th.

A session for children aged 5-9 will run from 10:30 – 12 pm, with a second session for children aged 8-12 between 13:00 and 14:30.

Inspired by Christian Jago’s ‘Spring’ exhibit, centred around world-building, children of all ages can create and dive into their imagined realms, from the depths of the ocean to the expanses of outer space.

Using various inks and papers, they’ll experiment with a range of techniques to bring their unique worlds to life. The sky’s the limit, so don’t miss this opportunity to embark on a creative journey this Easter holiday!

Tickets are priced at £6.50 per child, and parents can either explore the surrounding shops and cafes or stay on-site during the workshop while enjoying refreshments at the in-house charity cafe.

Easter Activities at One Garden

An eggs-exhilarating Easter adventure awaits at the beautiful One Garden Brighton for all the family, from the 8th to the 24th of April. Tucked away in the beautiful surroundings of Stanmer Park, there couldn’t be a better place to soak up the first signs of spring.

Not only is entry free but from 9:30 am to 5 pm daily, the whole family can enjoy a huge range of seasonal activities, all designed to get kids in touch with nature, animals and the Easter period.

For a bit of an exploration, why not enjoy the spring weather with the free Garden Easter Egg Hunt in the themed gardens? See if your little ones can find all the eggs to spell out a Spring word. If you’d prefer arts and crafts, have a go at some self-led Easter Bunny Origami, perfect for older children.

On the 12th, 15th, 18th and 19th April, from 10 am till 4 pm, some egg-stra (sorry) special activities are on offer for just £1 per child. Get in tune with the season of growing, by planting and decorating your very own wildflower seed pots, which you can take home and watch grow! Or, let your creativity run wild by creating your own vibrant Easter Egg designs using tissue paper.

With such a range of activities on offer, from gardening, and exploring to arts and crafts, One Garden is a must-visit this Easter.

Hobbycraft Easter Workshops

Want to take matters into your own hands for Easter? Then head along to Hobbycraft for one of their hands-on Easter craft activities, including Easter bonnet making, and sculpting cute seasonal animals from colourful air-drying clay.

On the 9th and 21st of March, little ones can experiment with bright spring colours, cute mini chicks and flowers to decorate their headwear, ready to take away and get in the seasonal mood. Book before the 17th of March for a discounted rate of £6.40, or pay the standard rate of just £8.

Also on offer is the Hobbycraft clay workshop, where young sculptors can get stuck into some quick-drying clay. From the 1st to the 5th of April, children can craft their own Easter-inspired friends – either an Easter bunny or a cute sheep.

Whichever design they choose they’ll have a blast under the expert guidance of a Hobbycraft colleague, who will support them with their creation. Again, book before the 17th of March to pay just £4, or the standard rate of £5.

Pinot & Picasso Family Painting Class

For the budding (pardon the pun) artists among you, why not visit Pinot and Picasso for a very special painting party experience? In this one-of-a-kind event, you can channel your creativity to produce a cracking (sorry) painting entitled “A Good Egg” on Wednesday the 3rd of April, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Pinot and Picasso’s expert colleagues will guide you and your little ones (aged 6 and over) through every step of the process, to create a picturesque scene of blue skies, a green daisy field and a soft-pink Easter egg of your very own design.

Priced at just £20.00 per ticket, this eggceptional event promises a fabulous afternoon of creativity, with a fully-stocked bar of soft and alcoholic drinks, and free squash for the kids. All the art materials needed are supplied, and you leave with your very own piece of artwork to take home and decorate the house with.

BYO chocolates (use up those leftover Easter eggs!) or snacks and get ready for an egg-shell-ent time.
