Infinity Foods is an independent supermarket cooperative situated in the North Laine area of Brighton. It sells a huge range of Gluten Free and Dairy Free products; you name it they’ll have it. They even sell Gluten Free products you have never seen before. Infinity Foods even boasts their own on-site organic bakery. All the bread sold in the Infinity Foods Bakery is handmade & freshly baked daily by a small and dedicated team. The gluten free options are something to behold; gluten free pizza slices, gluten free loaves, rolls, and foccacia breads that are handmade every day are some of the many highlights that adorn the isles of this fantastically diverse store.

Cloud 9 actually have two cafes in Brighton. One is opposite Little Bird in the North Laine, while the other is situated nearby at York Place. Both sell equally delicious cakes for gluten free connoisseur with an insatiable sweet tooth. Cloud 9’s selection of cakes (and ice cream) are as easy on the eyes as they are on the tastebuds and there is always something new and delicious to try over a coffee and a natter with friends. Cloud 9 even cater for weddings, with bespoke wedding cakes available for a gluten free special day.

Pho is Vietnamese; a cuisine which is naturally gluten free, as soy sauce is not an ingredient that is prioritised in the country’s cooking.
