Gail’s Bakery Opens At Seven Dials: Review

So what do we say, are we ready to welcome another coffee shop and bakery in our lovely city? A bit of rain did not manage to put a damper on the day a new GAIL’s Bakery opened at Seven Dials in Brighton. Free goods were also given out to the people to cheer up their day.

GAIL’s has opened their new bakery in the building we used to enjoy Small Batch coffee in; the much loved, old bank building in the middle of Seven Dials. GAIL’s has transformed the space into a beautiful, stylish spot for the neighbourhood to meet up and hangout in, whilst enjoying lovely coffee and pastries while stocking up on bread and other baked goods.

The brand makes it clear that its goal is to integrate into the neighbourhoods their bakeries are in, with the aim to serve the community and be a part of people’s every day. Not only making the bread and coffee transactional but being a part of it all.

Their delicious bread and pastries are very popular, this being the third GAIL’s bakery in Brighton and Hove. Seven Dials feels like the perfect place to open up a new branch location, the area already hosts several friendly coffee shops, pubs and shops, and a new GAIL’s bakery seamlessly fits in.

Some could say this city is already packed with cafes and shops offering baked goods and coffee, meaning we won’t necessarily need more. However, GAIL’s consistently popular offerings will have a place in our ever-growing town.

People of Seven Dials will have another spot to pick up their fresh bread and other goods from. GAIL’s is a convenient choice for your breakfast and brunch needs, your takeaway coffee on your way to work or just a stop for you and your friends during a Sunday walk! Grab your coffees and croissants, it’s time to connect with each other.

From the moment she arrived in Brighton, Roosa knew this was the place to be. Her love of arts and culture, seaside living and inclusivity meant the city felt like home. When she’s not walking around town and admiring the sights, and the waves and the quirky little shops, she’s writing and creating. Originally being from Finland, there are things about Brighton & Hove that still surprise her - in the best possible way of course! After ten years in England and five of those in Brighton, she couldn’t imagine living anywhere else than here.
