Gong Bath & Authentic Relating Sessions in Brighton

The Gong Bath & Authentic Relating sessions in Brighton are a great thing to do if you’re looking for a way to slow down and regulate your nervous system. There’s an emphasis on connection between the participants, so if you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself and the community this may be the medicine you’ve been looking for!

The session will begin with ceremonial cacao, a sharing circle where everyone wishing to share can share a bit about themselves and the intention of being there. The Authentic Relating games often offer a playful energy, which follows with a Gong Bath where you may lay down to rest. We finish with a last group sharing for anyone wishing to share anything about their experience.

Authentic Relating is a way of connecting deeper in the present moment, with your body and practising attunement to the other person through communication. It quickly creates more safety, intimacy and connection between participants. It’s a powerful way to practice Embodiment and to come back to the present moment.

Ceremonial Cacao and Sound Healing may help you receive deep relaxation, allow your mind to switch off for a moment, stimulate your mind through creative thinking and help you sleep better. If you have stuck energies/emotions, you may experience somatic releases. Whatever it is you need, has space to arrive in the safe space co-created.

There are limited spaces of 12 tickets and it usually gets sold out!
