Get ready for a spooktacular event this Halloween season! Paper Daisy Events will be running a Halloween Artisan Market in Brighton on Saturday the 28th of October 28th from 11 am to 4 pm. This event will take place on Circus Street (BN2 9AS), located just minutes away from Old Steine and is the perfect place for a fun family day out or for anyone looking to support small local businesses. With over 35 talented local makers and artists, you’ll have the chance to discover unique crafts, artwork, and goodies.
On top of exploring what local businesses are selling, there will be a range of FREE attractions perfect for everyone! These will include a selfie booth, and a doggy dress-up (in case you want to take fun photos with them in a photo booth!). If you’re feeling artsy, why not get into the fall spirit with a free autumn rustic wreath-making workshop or explore the world of pottery with a wheel demo and workshop. What’s more Brighton Grub Hub will be offering seasonal giveaways, with voluntary small donations appreciated.
There will also be a children’s craft zone available offering a range of free craft activities. And don’t forget to dress up your little ones in their spookiest or not-so-spooky attire so they can receive a special free goody bag and body and face painting artists will also be at the market from 1:45 pm – 4 pm to make your children’s costumes 10x better. There will be a “Best Dressed” competition where the winner will win a prize donated by the Duke of York Picturehouse.
Don’t worry if you get hungry, Italian street food from Boella Co and a variety of local artisan food stalls will be available at the market. Orange Beach Bar will be serving up boozy hot chocolates and spooky beverages, along with a full bar. Chef Sean Brailsford of Kraft Burgers will also be grilling up some BBQ specials and offering craft beers.
