Located at 127 Gloucester Road, the brand-new Pinot and Picasso studio in Brighton feels bright and open and is beautifully decorated with art inspiration, quotes and an Instagrammable lounge chair.

The Vibe

One word – amazing! We were looked after by a friendly team, who hyped up our (dubious) paintings and checked in to see if we fancied more drinks (we did). Our host guided us through each step and was always on hand to answer questions, give advice and top up our paint. Quality tune after quality tune was the soundtrack to our night, which we sang along to, drinks in hand while putting the finishing touches to our painting.

The real treat came at neon paint time when the lights went out to reveal a tray of glowing paints for us to add to our painting. The party atmosphere peaked here, with guests decorating themselves in hearts and smiley faces, surrounded by beautifully glowing paintings.

Food and Drink

Pinot and Picasso are a bring-your-own snacks venue, allowing you to choose your ideal nibbles to enjoy while you paint. There is an on-site bar, offering a range of wines, prosecco, and beautifully-made cocktails. I highly recommend the Spicy Margarita!

The Verdict

Pinot and Picasso was a fabulous alternative to the classic night out, and a really enjoyable way to get creative and try your hand at painting in a relaxed, feel-good and party atmosphere.
