Shuffle, a unique new cocktail bar and kitchen concept which literally puts music in the hands of its guests, was opened in Brighton on Friday 14th February 2014. Shuffle offers drinkers and diners the opportunity to select their evening’s soundtrack. Shuffle’s jukebox is accessible through mobile devices, allowing guests to digitally select their favourite tracks to play during their visit, allowing every visitor to be a DJ.
They pride themselves on offering a wide range of cocktails (over 100 to choose from), craft beers, and spirits. From classic cocktails like mojitos and old-fashioned to inventive concoctions created by their skilled mixologists, there’s a drink for every palate. If you’re a beer enthusiast, you’ll appreciate their selection of local and international craft beers, and for those who prefer a more refined experience, there’s an impressive collection of premium spirits and wines.
On top of this they offer happy hour deals daily. All day Monday-Thursday (from 5pm-12am) customers received 2-4-1 Cocktails all night long. Friday (all night – 5pm-1am) and Saturday (5-7pm) nights are all about Cocktails for £6.20. The bar is closed on Sundays and walk-ins are welcome daily but reservations are also possible (£25 deposit is required if booking on Friday and Saturday).
Food is also offered by way of the awesome Shuffle Skewers, gourmet burgers, hot dogs (all locally sourced) and French Fries.
