Sofar Sounds, known for transforming everyday spaces into intimate concert venues, is hosting a special event this International Women’s Day in Brighton! The event will take place at Plus X on Friday the 8th of March at 7:15 pm. This venue is in Moulsecoomb and accessible by bus, car, foot or train (the closest station is Moulsecoomb station).
Sofar concerts are renowned for their unique atmosphere. This event will be no different, offering a casual setting where guests and artists come together in a shared love for music. The event will last around 3 hours. The seating will be mostly on the floor but cushions are welcome (chairs available upon request for accessibility needs).
What To Expect at Sofar Sounds International Women’s Day Show in Brighton?
This event will be a little different from the others as it will feature three diverse female artists, each showcasing their unique talents. As with all Sofar events, there’s no headliner, ensuring each performer receives equal attention and creates a connection with the audience.
Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase. Food cannot be brought in, but exceptions can be made for medical or religious reasons (contact Sofar Sounds beforehand).
