The sophisticated and renowned chain brought its Asian restaurant to Brighton in the Summer of 2022 with The Ivy Brasserie set just next door. They sell an infamous sharing special called ‘The Bonsai’ which is served underneath an actual Bonsai tree! It contains a whole host of delicious Vegan dishes like ‘Avocado and Asparagus Roll’, ‘Dragon Roll’ and ‘Crispy Nori’.
Additionally, they offer sashimi, skewer dishes, curries, dumplings and bao, salads and so many more from throughout Asia. This is the perfect location to try a variety of small plates in Brighton where flavour will burst from every bite.
The A La Carte menu is available 7 days a week from 11:30 am until closing but you can also check out The Lunch Stack for £22.50 per person, available Monday to Friday between 11:30-4:30 pm.
