100% Plant-based Deliciousness at the vurger co. in Brighton

With a 100% Plant-based menu and an additional allergen-free menu, rest assured there will be something for you. The Vurger Co. offers 3 types of burger patties with their mock ‘chicken’ and ‘beef’ burgers and additionally a vegetable-based patty.

Their ‘chicken’ burger options are Ranch, Honey and Buffalo, with the Ranch and Honey Mustard Aioli being made in-house. All of their ‘beef’ burgers contain house-made burger sauce and include fillings such as Vegan bacon. The vegetable patty burger is called the ‘Smoky Shroom’ and is made from (you guessed it) mushrooms!

The menu also includes a range of satisfying sides like Tater Tots which are fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, skin on fries and delicious sweet potato fries. Sometimes when you’re spoilt for choice, it’s hard to decide but The Vurger Co. accounted for this when adding their ’50/50 Fries’, which are half skin on and half sweet potato, to their mouth-watering menu. It gets better because not only do they serve up delicious savoury treats, but they also offer a range of seriously sweet waffles and dreamy milkshakes.
