Kindling’s steaks are supplied by British and Irish farms, serving the highest quality cuts of beef. Its Trenchmore Wagyu is grown and reared in Sussex!

Located on East Street near the seafront, the restaurant has a cool, dark blue theme. Open 7 days a week, its operating hours are from 12pm to 10pm. Inside Kindling, there are friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. You will be greeted with a beautiful interior, smooth wooden floor, stone tables and plants that are refreshing and fill up the room.

Kindling’s menu offers a variety of burger options in addition to their signature steaks. From Monday to Wednesday, they provide a Mid-Week Meat Platter, consisting of meats, creamed spinach and mac and cheese. On Sundays, Kindling offers a classic roast dinner for two.
If you’re looking for a new lunch spot, then you’re in luck. Every day from 12pm until 5pm, you can buy the Powerhouse Lunch Deal. This includes a Bavette steak and chips for £15 or their house burger and chips for just £14. Why not try their incredible selection of craft cocktails!
Planning an evening out with friends? From Monday to Thursday, you can host parties of up to 16 people at Kindling. Please note that on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, dinner parties are limited to 6 people, and parties for lunch are capped at 8 people.
