The British Heart Foundation is also doing a bike ride from London to Brighton, taking place on June 15. If you are looking to take part, be sure to register your interest in advance due to organisational challenges.

The cycle is suitable for all levels of riders, though it is advised to train for the event. Start with small distances and gradually build up to ensure you are well-equipped on the day. During the cycle, there will be several places to stop and refresh, including plenty of water stops and medical support. And the event isn’t timed, so don’t worry if you feel like it might be a challenge!

Perfect for solo, duo, or group cyclists, this event welcomes a wide range of abilities, ensuring there’s no pressure at all. There are a variety of charities taking part, and you can choose to cycle in support of any charity you wish. The day is set to be both positive and challenging.
