January 9 to 17: Single White Female at The Theatre Royal

Coming in the New Year and opening in January is the World Premiere of Single White Female. Kym Marsh and Lisa Faulkner star in this brand-new, razor-sharp psychological thriller, launching in Brighton before touring the UK. Friday, January 9 to Saturday, January 17.

January 17: Rory Marshall’s Pathetic Little Characters

Following a smash-hit, sell-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe, Rory Marshall is bringing his critically acclaimed debut show Pathetic Little Characters to Brighton’s Komedia in January 2026. The hour-long character comedy has been named among the Best-Reviewed Fringe Shows of 2025 by British Comedy Guide, featured in the Observer’s Edinburgh Fringe highlights and included in Time Out’s best comedy picks of the festival.

January 28: Get Lost In Music At Lost In The Lanes
On Thursday January 28 from 7pm, Brighton-based singer-songwriter Tabi Gervis brings her dreamy blend of R&B, soul and jazzy pop to a relaxed, atmospheric evening of live music at restaurant Lost In The Lanes. Joined by local artists Ronnie Cutmore and CAS, Tabi headlines a cosy night sponsored by Brighton’s Lost Pier Brewery, complete with great drinks, seasonal food and an antidote to the January blues.
