If you’re looking to share a vegan feast, Wahaca is offering a 2-person Veganuary special set menu for £42.50, which is jam-packed with street food such as plantain tacos and zesty bean tostadas. If you’d rather order for yourself, you are spoilt for choice with larger plates and can finish it all off with the churros and vegan chocolate sauce for dessert.

With its open kitchen and bench seating layout, Wagamama’s dining experience stays true to its vision of togetherness. This is the perfect spot for some casual dining, and their vegan options are constantly evolving.

They now offer a vegan rendition of Korean street food staple, the K Dog, with a crunchy noodle exterior and soya protein corn dog centre. For something more filling, why not try the lion’s mane “steak” bulgogi? This vegan equivalent is created using the lion’s mane mushroom, known for its meaty texture and subtly sweet flavour, and is drizzled in a Korean barbeque sauce for the perfect kick, making it the star of this year’s Veganuary.

When it comes to finding an affordable but satisfying spot for drinks and a bite to eat, Wetherspoons is often a great choice for this. The standard menu offers a decent choice of vegan options, such as Quorn nuggets, vegan roasted vegetable pizza, and five bean chillis, which can be served with a jacket potato if desired.

For a limited time only, the chain is offering a Beyond BBQ stack meal, which contains a Beyond Meat vegan burger, BBQ sauce, onion rings, iceberg lettuce, tomato, and red onion in a brioche bun, alongside chips and a drink, until January 31st.
