Escape the vault

An escape room in a coffee house? Only in Brighton will you find this level of quirk. Situated in Presuming Ed’s coffee house, Escape The Vault is hidden inside one of Brighton’s oldest bank vaults. Faced with the problem of deciding what to do with the bank vault in your coffee house, Presuming Ed’s took the novel approach of converting it into an escape room, and contestants are encouraged to rob the bank vault in less than 40 minutes to get their photo placed on the wall of the café.

If robbing a bank vault in a coffee shop isn’t enough excitement for one day, Presuming Ed’s also encourages you to Escape the Cell, where contestants are handcuffed, placed behind bars and given an opportunity to escape a cell all in the name of fun.

Tickets are priced at £20 per person, but groups are offered discounts.

Address: 114-115 London Rd, Brighton, Brighton and Hove, BN1 4JG

The Lift Escape Rooms

Escape Rooms can be scary, and The Lift Escape Rooms complex provides plenty of frights with its array of fun-filled escape challenges. Nothing is more claustrophobic and terrifying than being stuck in a lift, and The Lift Escape Rooms have made this nightmare into a reality.

Up to 5 players are given 45 minutes to escape The Lift Shaft. Once the 45 minutes are up? Well, there lies the magic of an escape room. Hopefully, contestants don’t find out! If escaping from a Lift Shaft is not your cup of tea, then The Lift Escape Rooms have alternatives on offer, including a puzzle involving a time-travelling briefcase ready to be returned to its owner.

With tickets starting at only £16.50 per person, The Lift Escape Rooms is one of the most cost-effective ways to enjoy an escape room in Brighton.A
