Often the vibrancy of Brighton is attributed to the bustling, city lanes laced with graffiti, the delightful pubs and restaurants, the thriving music scene and of course, the beautiful seafront. However, there’s more to the city than just these things.

Brighton boasts many stunning green spaces such as the South Downs National Park, Queen’s Park and Stanmer Park, just to name a few. Brighton has some of the most beautiful natural areas in the country, and these make it a great place to hike.

Hiking involves going for long walks in the great outdoors along footpaths or trails. Usually, these walks are done on varied terrain or uphill. A great place to start is the Seven Sisters Country Park in the South Downs National Park. The beautiful chalk cliffs and amazing views of the sea are truly captivating. Additionally, there is a bus service, the 12X, that provides travel directly from Brighton train station to the destination.

If you’re interested in seeing beautiful views and wanting to improve your fitness, head to one of the amazing green spaces in Brighton.
