Brighton Yoga Foundation offers yoga with a difference. As a not-for-profit registered charity, their community yoga program delivers yoga, on a free or subsidised basis to those most in need of the benefits yoga can provide, including yoga for mental health, for women recovering from abuse & trauma, for stressed teenagers, yoga in schools, for the police and for the NHS.
