Classes are run by Sherryn, a licensed and fully-insured Zumba instructor, trained in sports first aid, so you can relax into your workout knowing you’re in safe and capable hands. A former professional performer in the world of Musical Theatre, Sherryn’s passion for movement is infectious, and you’ll find yourself grinning along as you dance in no time.

If boogieying along while burning off stress isn’t enough, you can also get involved in the annual Zumbathon charity event organized by Sherryn, which has raised over £100,000 so far for Martlets Hospice. Zumba with Mon In Brighton

Originally from Gibraltar, Monica offers vibrant and expert licensed Zumba and Zumba Gold classes inspired by Latin rhythms and world-wide beats. Her passion for Zumba, music and dance will leave you feeling inspired and motivated to keep on moving!

For just £8.50, you can enjoy an hour of feel-good moves, music and vibes in the stunning scenery of Preston Park, soaking up the blue skies, trees and sounds of nature. Or, if you prefer an indoor environment, you can also enjoy twice-weekly Zumba classes indoors at Brighthelm Centre Auditorium on North Road for the same price. Whichever environment you choose, you will enjoy energetic and exciting routines inspired by movement around the world, to the soundtrack of invigorating music.

Zumba-lovers of all ages and levels of experience are welcome and supported at Zumba with Mon; with the option to try out Zumba Gold. Zumba Gold classes offer the same high-energy fitness fun as regular Zumba, but at a lower intensity and lower impact, meaning people starting out their Zumba journey, or who need to avoid high-impact or high-intensity exercise, can still enjoy the exhilarating exercise and fun of Zumba. For Zumba in the comfort of your own home, with in-person options in the heart of Brighton, Studio F is a flexible way to enjoy fun and friendly fitness classes in whichever way you choose. With 13 years of Zumba experience, Jo Gibson is a passionate, experienced and licensed Zumba instructor. Offering both classic Zumba and Zumba Gold, Jo is enthusiastic in encouraging people over 40 to try out Zumba classes, and creates a warm and inclusive environment for people of all ages, backgrounds and levels of experience.

Jo is also the first licensed instructor in Sussex offering BollyX fitness classes: professionally choreographed fitness routines to Indian Pop, Bhangra and Indian folk music to give you a full body workout. Offering classes throughout Hove, Shoreham and Worthing, Zumba with Jo is the perfect way to explore the whole range of dance-fitness fun, at all levels.
